Sharmila Muralitharan is a state registered practitioner of the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and a member of the British Osteopathic Association (BOA). She graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in the UK. Sharmila is one of our most senior osteopaths, having worked at our Clayhall clinic for over 12 years. Sharmila is recognized by all (major) medical insurance companies including BUPA. She is having supplemented her osteopathic training with postgraduate courses in medical acupuncture and cranial osteopathy. Sharmila can offer treatment for a wide range of conditions using a combination of various approaches. Her special interests lay in classical osteopathy and the treatment of sports injuries. While Sharmila enjoys treating structural musculoskeletal conditions, she also specializes in the care of pregnant mums and children.
Thomas is a member of the General Osteopathic Council (GosC) and the Institute of Osteopathy (iO) (formerly the British Osteopathic Association). Thomas works closely with the patient to restore health and wellbeing and offers a full range of osteopathic treatments including sports massage and taping. Due to his past background as a personal trainer, he is keen to combine osteopathic treatment alongside self-management strategies to enable the patient to take a proactive approach to their condition.
